We were established prior to 1399, and moved to our present site in 1852.  We have recently been voted Suffolk’s top independent school (The Sunday Times Parent Power 2016-20).

We are fully co-educational, and have over 1080 pupils aged between 5 and 19, and a further 60 children in The Lodge Day Nursery.

We seek an appropriately qualified and experienced Estates professional who will have a key role, working with the School’s Senior Leadership/Executive teams, in identifying, evaluating and delivering strategic objectives for the School, ensuring the professional management of projects and developments within pre-agreed budgets and in a cost-effective way.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the School at a time when we are re-shaping our strategic plans following a number of key acquisitions.

You will have experience of managing property, facilities and assets and overseeing major projects and developments.

Knowledge and experience of bidding for a budget, managing costs and expenditure to achieve best value, and delivering projects within agreed budgets is also essential, together with excellent leadership, relationship building and communication skills.
