Senior Executive Principal - Primary

Healing Multi Academy Trust consists of 2 secondary academies, 7 primary academies and a SCITT and is located in Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.

The Senior Executive Principal will have responsibility for the leadership and performance of all the primary academies within the Trust ensuring that the all senior staff including Principals and primary Executive Principals receive an appropriate balance of challenge, support and professional development in order to secure outstanding education outcomes for all primary pupils.

The new Senior Executive Principal will have:

• A proven track record of strong, effective leadership, strategic planning and curriculum development

• Clearly evidenced achievements in transforming educational provision across the primary phase as a Principal in at least one primary academy

• Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders both locally and nationally

• The creativity and innovation to inspire and lead change

• Highly refined data analytical skills to ensure successful outcomes are reached

• A strong belief in the education to transform lives

• Highly effective communication skills that will inspire, motivate and lead all key stakeholders
