Who we’re looking for
We are seeking to appoint a talented Senior HR Advisor who will be able to work on their own initiative to provide a dedicated HR advice and support service across Trust schools in London and Coventry.
In return, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact within the Trust. You will be part of a five-strong advisory team with a colleague in close proximity in the West Midlands. The advisory team work collaboratively to support each other with casework management and their own professional development. You’ll have the opportunity to work with senior leaders to achieve the best outcomes for children and staff in our communities.
Please note (London weighting may be applied based on the home location of the successful candidate.)
- Be CIPD qualified (Level 7) or an equivalent HR related qualification
- Have significant experience of providing complex employee relations/generalist HR advice and guidance to Senior Leaders
- Have extensive experience of managing a significant caseload of HR cases from start to finish achieving successful outcomes
- Have experience of providing HR advice and guidance within an educational setting, ideally schools
- Have In-depth expert knowledge of current HR legislation.
