In this key role you will provide a high level of professional HR service to designated areas of the College working closely with managers on a wide range of matters including managing change, performance and recruitment.
You will be customer focused and committed to providing an outstanding service at all times; you will also have the ability to influence, challenge and deliver pragmatic outcomes for the organisation. A sound understanding of employment law and recent experience of working as an HR generalist in a large and complex organisation are also required.
You will have the experience and confidence to coach managers and participate in the delivery of training activities. A CIPD qualification at level 7 is required for this role, a degree level qualification is also desirable.
