Senior Leader for Learning and Progress

We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated individual to take on the role of Senior Leader for Learning and Progress for September 2021.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and thriving leadership team that is highly established, forward thinking and determined to provide a transformational learning experience for every individual. We do this by creating a stimulating, challenging and rewarding learning environment in which all are supported to flourish, strive for excellence and succeed.

The successful candidate will:

• Work with the Senior Leadership Team to enable high quality implementation of the curriculum through high quality teaching and robust tracking of data.
• Work with Curriculum and Progress Leaders to monitor, evaluate and plan the most effective provision to support students’ progress
• Work with the Senior Leadership Team to monitor and improve the quality and effectiveness of the curriculum, learning and teaching, and assessment
• Be able to work with staff and students to engage them in positive behaviours, role model best practice and to lead, support and challenge where appropriate
• Teach a timetable of 12 hours within a 25 hour taught week.
