Senior Leadership Team – Assistant Headteacher

E-ACT is looking for an experienced, inspirational and ambitious Assistant Headteacher to be part of the Senior Leadership team in an academy within the Midlands Region. You will play a key role in providing highly efficient, highly effective leadership and management of the academy, and we require the successful candidate to commence employment in September 2020.
The Assistant Headteacher should be prepared to lead on such areas as ethos, systems and procedures. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Assistant Headteacher will also be centrally involved in the overall leadership and management of the academy and will help to establish a school culture that is both nurturing and rigorous.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, inspiring Assistant Headteacher who:
Understands curriculum, teaching and learning and can lead school improvement
Has a clear vision and astute educational philosophy who is continually learning
Can create a positive learning culture within the academy
Has the ability to meet, model and lead high expectations and challenge
Can improve provision and outcomes for groups of students, particularly the disadvantaged and the more-able.
