Hours: 37 per week, 52 weeks per year

As part of the Contracts and Learner Data Team, you would be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all relevant learner data and the co-ordination and assembling of all relevant documentation and evidence required for effective audit trails.

You would develop and maintain comprehensive administrative procedures as well as overseeing the validation and reconciliation of data to ensure its integrity, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in order to ensure the submission of accurate data returns to relevant external bodies.

You would be expected to supervise the Grade 3 Learner Data Administrators on a daily basis in close liaison with the Contracts and Learner Data Manager, ensuring all departmental priorities and procedures are understood and implemented to a high standard.

The post holder would also deputise for the Contracts and Learner Data Manager when necessary alongside other Grade 5 administrators in the team. This is a responsible post requiring excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work flexibly together with the capacity to be self-motivated and proactive.

The successful candidate will have excellent supervisory, administrative, IT and communication skills and will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative. They will also have an aptitude for problem solving with good planning and organisational skills which have been successfully applied to meet targets within tight deadlines.
