36 hours per week, term time, plus 2 days, pay point 26-29  

actual salary £22,103 - £24,343pa

Ashmole Academy Trust was formed in 2015 building upon the success of Ashmole Academy and its tradition of outstanding school performance.  The trust currently consists of a primary and secondary school.  Due to the success of our School Direct programme, we have a number of support roles to fill.

Required from September 2019, a Senior Learning Mentor to work with senior staff providing pastoral support for pupils in a key stage and/or in our Individual Learning Room.  

Work will include working with pupils who may have behavioural difficulties, helping to improve attendance, close liaison with parents/carers and general help to raise pupil motivation and success at school.  

The post will include cover supervision as well as some general clerical and administrative tasks.
