We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic person to join our library team to provide an effective library and information service to support teaching and learning across the school. Applicants should have a passion for reading and the ability to engender this enthusiasm in our students.
Applicants should have a friendly and approachable manner, excellent communication and IT skills as well as a genuine enthusiasm to work with young people.
In addition to the core library duties, you will be expected to take a proactive approach in promoting independent learning and reading for pleasure.
Experience of working in a library is preferable though not essential.
