Job overview

We are looking for a Senior Midday Supervisor to lead our caring team of Midday Assistants and to make lunchtime a positive and worthwhile experience for all of our pupils.

Salary: APTC4, SCP 18-21
Hours: 12 hours per week 38 weeks per year
Commencing: 5 September 2017

The successful candidate will be expected to foster good behaviour and to encourage pupil engagement in active playtimes as well as to ensure the safety of the children.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is able to lead a team
  • is able to follow policy and procedures
  • is punctual, approachable, caring and consistent
  • has a positive outlook and can work in a calm manner at all times
  • has good organisational and communication skills

Previous experience as a Midday Assistant is essential. A first aid qualification is desirable however training will be provided.
