We are seeking an organised and proactive Senior Personal Assistant to join the Executive Support Team to provide an outstanding administrative service to the College’s Executive Leadership Team.
You will be an experienced Personal Assistant and be comfortable working in a fast paced office environment with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders and visitors. You will be experienced in diary management, minute-taking, planning and coordinating events and monitoring budgets.
You will also deputise for and undertake duties on behalf of the Executive Support Office Manager, therefore, experience of managing and supervising a team of staff is essential.
You will need to be able to manage competing demands on your time and have excellent IT skills that you can use to improve the service provided.
We need someone who has a good understanding of confidentiality, pays attention to detail, is flexible and can use their initiative. This is an exciting time to join the team and is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing a first rate administrative service.
