Your primary focus will be to lead on all that is the provision and development of pupil support services and administration staff whilst offering exceptional marketing and customer care to all school stakeholders.

We would love it if you are confident to provide effective line management, performance management and overall responsibility of school office staff and respective duties. To lead a comprehensive administrative support service to the school staff, developing and organising the school office to ensure that clerical functions are undertaken efficiently.

We would like you to effectively lead school marketing and arrange school visits, meetings and events for prospective parents. You will ensure the school IMS is accurately maintained and updated, including all system admin and ensure that all pupil and staff records are accurately maintained, reported on or transferred as required in accordance with DfE guidance.

About You

NVQ L3 or equivalent qualification/experience

GCSE grade C+ in English and Maths

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Package including Outlook

Relevant experience supporting and managing/developing own team

Ideally experience of operation management and extensive use of administrative systems, preferably in an educative setting (but this is not essential)!

As part of your role, we’d also like you to lead on the management and promotion of pupil absence, liaising closely with Parents, Principal, SENCO, EWO and other appropriate staff.
