As a member of our valued Sales Team, you will be  responsible for owning the whole sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. What you’ll do

Reporting to the General Manager and partnering with an experienced team of sales professionals the Senior Sales Consultant will be the account owner for all B2B sales and commercial activity within clearly defined territories. They will be responsible for growing revenues from a portfolio of products and for building and managing a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.

This role will act as the single point of contact for selling all Tes Global products and services within a specified territory. Our product proposition focuses on how we can support schools in attracting, retaining and empowering their staff.

The Senior Sales Consultant will need to have a highly developed skillset in all aspects of sales, from generating new business across a number of different product lines to ensuring customer value from excellent account management. In addition, the Senior Sales Consultant will need to understand the macro market conditions UK schools operate within and build effective relationships either face to face, online or over the phone.

We are constantly looking to speak to good candidates in this space and are currently recruiting nationwide. These roles offer a competitive basic salary, an uncapped commission structure and an excellent benefits package alongside exceptional on the job sales and skills training. 

Who you are

You are a driven, experienced and consultative business development professional with a demonstrable track record of commercial success in previous roles. This role would ideally suit a proven consultant with experience of driving growth and building robust sales pipelines within a subscriptions or SaaS environment.

Knowledge and experience of the UK education sector would be a strong advantage, preferably with an awareness of the challenges and issues that need to be addressed in this area.

With your demonstrable commercial acumen, creativity, originality and keen awareness of our client’s needs you will focus on implementing sales methodology to successfully grow business. 

You will be a motivated team player, able to partner effectively with members of senior management and acting as a mentor to junior sales teams whilst approaching work with pragmatism and a sense of humour. You will be well versed in diplomacy and stakeholder management.

You will have a proven ability to work independently and to manage workload using your own initiative. You will be unflappable, organised and capable of multi-tasking.
