Job overview

As a Senior Administrator at Eagle House Bramley School, you’ll help make your school run like clockwork. You’ll be in charge of managing the office, ranging from meeting and diary management and providing support to the Head Teacher, HR administration and checking payroll with attendance records.  You’ll be involved in running the reception and responsibility for accurate files. With your efficient, professional approach and ability to set up processes and systems, you’ll keep the cogs of the school turning.

To join us, you’ll need some previous administrative experience and excellent IT skills. You should be used to working on several administration tasks and able to switch between them. Just as important is an approachable, helpful nature. You should be ready to support our team and will build a natural and respectful rapport with our young people.

Eagle House School provides outstanding schooling for vulnerable young people with a range of complex educational needs. Our sole aim is to support and re-engage our young people with schooling, rebuilding the connections of childhood. Each young person’s set of needs requires a unique approach. Our teachers are there to channel their individual capabilities into academic success, as part of an holistic and uniquely supportive educational strategy – and all of this from a setting that is truly inspiring to both pupils and teachers.

Our large, picturesque campus is surrounded by woodland, with beautiful outdoor spaces and the school building itself is breath-taking. We are very much part of the community here in Walton-on-the-hill, often found on the 10miles of cycle track or on our shuttle bus for staff from the local transport links (commutable from both Croydon and central London). Add to the fact that we’ve installed amazing new learning spaces and a great supporting team and it all adds up to a truly uplifting, fun teaching environment.

Reward

We know you’re going to do great things. We offer a salary and benefits package that’s among the best in our sector. You’ll enjoy a competitive salary, contributory pension (matched up to 5%), Life Insurance based on two times your annual base salary, comprehensive induction and ongoing training, 35 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), Medicash Health Plan/Employee Assistance and Cycle to Work Scheme. Witherslack conducts DBS Enhanced checks and covers the costs for all new employees.
