Senior Speech and Language Therapist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist interested in a management role of a therapy team in a small special needs school. No experience in management is necessary for the role.

The post will involve providing high quality speech and language therapy input to a complex caseload of children with a range of SLCN including children with diagnoses of ASD, MLD and SLD, Genetic Disorders, and Social and Emotional Difficulties.

This post would ideally suit a clinician who has experience of providing clinical supervision to SaLTs and, ideally, line management supervision to other health professionals.

You will work in close partnership with the school leadership team to ensure the provision of high quality individual and school therapeutic provision in line with the aims, objectives and development plan of the school.

Essential Criteria

• HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
• Member of RCSLT
