An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sports Centre Assistant to lead our team of Sports Centre Assistants and to provide a welcoming and safe environment for all pupils and visitors to our modern sports centre and swimming pool.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced NPLQ qualified lifeguard with the ability and experience to head up our team of Sports Assistants in a mature and professional manner, and to support their training and progression. They will also be required to perform equipment checks, set ups and changeovers as needed for all areas of the sports building, along with other supervisory duties.
The full-time role will cover a range of shifts both during the week and at weekends throughout the year, to cover pool-opening hours (8.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 6.45pm at weekends).
