Job Title: Senior Talent Advisor

Location: Bolton (Hybrid Working – Office Based & WFH) 

Contract Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum dependent on experience plus generous benefits

About the Role

Outcomes First Group is hiring a Senior Talent Advisor to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone to deliver a best-in-class talent service to our managers and candidates. You will drive divisional recruitment performance through vacancy fulfilment and development of critical talent pipelines.

Monitoring recruitment performance reports to continuously improve the recruitment process (up until candidate offer). You will develop an in-depth knowledge of the sector, candidate market and competitor landscape to deliver effective attraction strategies. Manage internal resources and external suppliers to fill vacancies. Partner with business stakeholders to solve current attraction challenges and lead on talent acquisition plans for growth.

To be successful in this role you will be organised, able to work at pace and deliver to high volume recruitment needs. You will have a “can do, will do attitude”.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vacancy fulfilment from advertising to offer.
  • Manage key business stakeholder and deliver against expectations.
  • Campaign / candidate attraction planning, delivery, and tracking.
  • Advert template development and advert writing for key roles.
  • Oversee applicant pipelines.
  • Monitor / analyse performance reports to drive intervention and course correct actions.
  • Provide market insight, including pay benchmarking, competitor activity.
  • Develop selection materials and tools.
  • Day to day client interaction to generate candidate pipelines.
  • Develop supplier and external partnership relationships and account manage.
  • Participate and present on weekly/monthly client update calls.
  • Hands on management of key role processes.
  • Provide talent process and policy guidance.
  • Participate and contribute to on-going process improvement projects.

  • Vacancy numbers/level (as a % of FTE)
  • Conversion ratios (Quality)
  • Time to Hire
  • Customer / candidate experience (NPS)

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years+ end to end recruitment experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Can do, will do attitude.
  • Completer / Finisher.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, including confident presenting.
  • Senior stakeholder management to exec level.
  • Demonstrable candidate attraction, campaign design and delivery.
  • Understanding of effective direct sourcing techniques.
  • Applicant tracking (ATS) and CRM management systems.
  • Adept production and analysis of reports to drive accurate decision making.
  • Expert interviewing techniques and ability to share best practices.
  • Calm under pressure and used to managing multiple activities.
