The department of Childcare and Education is looking to appoint a suitably qualified individual to the role of Senior Trainer for Childcare and Education.

37 hours per week, permanent

£26,569 - £29,011 per annum

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate, through prior achievement, their passion, commitment and drive, to plan and implement significant and rapid change within a relevant subject sector. 

The department is looking to appoint an individual who can bring their expertise and skills in Apprenticeships. They will be tasked with optimising the growth potential for Childcare apprenticeships alongside, managing and delivering outstanding quality and compliance targets.

The successful applicant will also work alongside the Programme Manager and Training & Learning Coaches to ensure that Trainers deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment. Exemplary time management, prior experience of leading a team including coaching and mentoring would be a significant advantage in this role.
