Due to the exciting expansion of our talented team and in preparation for the opening of our brand new building, The High Weald Academy seeks an exceptional leader to join us in pursuit of life changing excellence for all our students.

Our new colleague will also bring their successful experience in championing progress for all students especially those who need us even more.
Working closely with the Executive Principal, our new Senior Vice Principal will assume day to day leadership of the academy and not only have the autonomy to make a difference to the lives of a vibrant community of students but contribute to the development and progress of an exciting academy and its staff. You will join an exceptionally committed team who believe in doing whatever it takes to ensure our students achieve great things; because they deserve the very best.
High Weald is a small, non-selective co-educational academy that serves the communities of Cranbrook, Staplehurst and the surrounding areas, where every student on roll is supported and challenged to reach their own personal excellence.

About The High Weald Academy
High Weald Academy is a small school serving a widespread rural area. There is a calm and orderly environment and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of academy life. The welcoming and family ethos is reflected in our Aspire and Achieve values and in our cohort structure which promotes a strong sense of community and belonging and supports students to develop and flourish both academically and as young people. It is a school completely connected to the local community.
