The High Weald Academy

Due to the exciting expansion of our talented team and in preparation for the opening of our brand new building, The High Weald Academy seeks an exceptional leader to join us in pursuit of life changing excellence for all our students.

Our vision is simple – to ensure that all of our students achieve beyond our expectations and flourish as confident learners with the highest aspirations, ready for the university or career of their choice and also ready for the world in which they will work and live.

We would very much like to hear from talented and committed leaders with successful experience in being creative in their approach to ensuring exceptional attitudes to learning. Our new colleague will also bring their successful experience in championing progress for all students especially those who need us even more.

Working closely with the Executive Principal, our new Senior Vice Principal will assume day to day leadership of the academy and not only have the autonomy to make a difference to the lives of a vibrant community of students but contribute to the development and progress of an exciting academy and its staff. You will join an exceptionally committed team who believe in doing whatever it takes to ensure our students achieve great things; because they deserve the very best.

High Weald is a small, non-selective co-educational academy that serves the communities of Cranbrook, Staplehurst and the surrounding areas, where every student on roll is supported and challenged to reach their own personal excellence.
