WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a senior vice principal from September 2023, but preferably earlier. This high-profile senior leadership position is a flexible, full-time and strategic role focused on supporting the executive principal to maintain the consistently outstanding quality of education provided across all our therapeutic special schools in London and Essex. As a qualified and energetic teacher leader, the senior vice principal (education) will play a strategic role in maintaining our exceptional standards. A lack of experience in special education is not necessarily a barrier: experience as an outstanding teacher leader, professionalism, a 'can-do' attitude and commitment are what counts most.
