RSAcademics is delighted to be assisting the Trustees of Future Academies in the appointment of a Senior Vice Principal from January 2021.

Millbank Academy is an 'Outstanding' two-form entry primary school situated in the heart of Westminster. The Role

We are looking to appoint a passionate and committed individual with intellect, drive and passion for excellence to join us as we aim to develop both excellence in our pupils and forge new directions in education.

You will be responsible for leading the teaching and learning within the school by way of the development and implementation of a teaching and learning strategic plan to ensure whole school improvement. 

The Person

An outstanding teacher with the ability to share your practice with others, you will have leadership experience of teaching and learning, particularly with an academic curriculum. Experience of using tracking and monitoring to drive higher achievement will be complemented by motivation to ensure that we continue to be an innovative, high achieving and ambitious learning environment.
