Service Delivery Manager - Kent

Location: The Thinking Schools Academy Trust, Chatham Hub


Working as part of the Trust's Operations Department, you will ensure effective operational relationships and engagement across The Thinking Schools Academy Trust including its academies and partners. This will encompass management of onsite . The successful candidate will also ensure ICT services are delivered in a cost effective and efficient manner which are aligned to the needs of the customer.


You will be expected to form key relationships with each customer and become an ambassador Information Technology (IT) service, responding to changes, and issues using best practices and to a high standard, complying with all legal requirements and Trust policies and principles, providing training and guidance to customers and technicians.

  • Leadership skills to coach and develop your team
  • Strong communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience of forward planning to deliver tangible outcomes
  • Strong customer service skills with a solution focused approach to your work
  • Experience of troubleshooting to find solutions
  • A full UK driver’s license is essential.
