This is an exciting opportunity to join National Star in Hereford. As Service Manager you will be supporting the Programme Co-Ordinator in the successful running of the provision, enabling learners with complex physical and learning disabilities to reach their full potential. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of individualised personal care & learning support are provided to our learners.    

You will also ensure the effective deployment of staff, undertake risk assessments and care planning, quality assure processes and support staff with their development as well as working directly with learners.   

The successful applicant will have previous care management experience and have excellent communication skills, be proactive and passionate about improving the lives of our learners. Previous management or team leader experience is desirable, as is experience of working with young people with disabilities or learning difficulties.   

Excellent induction and ongoing training will be provided and you will have the chance to shape the development of this exciting provision.
