Are you passionate about empowering and enabling adults to gain qualifications in Maths and English? We are looking for a personable, motivated professional to work closely with our Training department and Adult Education provision to deliver functional skills in Maths and English to adults at Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust. The role requires a self-motivator who is able to deliver functional skills in Maths and English using a blended learning approach, which will involve virtual teaching using online platforms, along with face-to-face-teaching.

We are looking for sessional tutors to teach;

  • Functional skills Maths and English Entry 3- Level 2

Our Sessional lecturers proactively support students, to develop their functional English and Maths skills.

If you have experience of working effectively with students to achieve qualifications in functional skills maths and English and you have the drive and tenacity to establish networks with external stakeholders, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of having delivered functional skills sessions, ensuring that students Entry 3 to Level 2 are supported in developing their functional skills. Our Lecturers ensure delivery of effective, learner-centred teaching
