Here at Kingston College, we are looking to appoint a Sessional Lecturer to teach FE vocational courses related to education, learning and development.
A key focus of this role is to help the Head of Section ensure that your students meet and exceed their target grades. It’s also about providing a high-quality student experience and outstanding outcomes in learning and development. The role encompasses working on teaching schemes, assessment schedules, student monitoring and observation in the workplace.
Do you hold a degree or relevant professional qualification in an appropriate subject? Do you have excellent teaching skills and experience of delivering teacher education courses and/or STALIS programmes? If so, we want to hear from you!
Hardworking and flexible, you’ll have high personal standards and expectations and the ability to support, motivate and empathise learners, including monitoring their progress. You’ll have an awareness of academic quality standards and experience of QA processes.
