The Role and you
As a Sessional Lecturer in Counselling, you will deliver high quality teaching, academic and pastoral support to enable our students to reach their full potential.
Sharing your skills and knowledge, you will utilise your experience to motivate students to achieve, whilst developing and maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance.
You will also develop ways of working that are responsive to learners’ needs, monitor and evaluate progress and practice.
A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction and giving effective guidance.
You will be experienced in delivering accredited courses and possess a teaching qualification. You will also be educated up to degree level and hold a professional qualification in Counselling or similar. You will also be willing to teach online if necessary.
