Job overview

This is a truly exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Data Manager. The main post-holder duties and responsibilities: - Lead role in planning, development, design organisation and monitoring of support systems/procedures/policies within school data systems.  Compliance with GDPR.  Responsibility for SIMS, taking the lead role in development and maintenance.  Input of all data using SIMS package to assist with the fully integrated student database.  Completion of all statutory returns - School Census and School Workforce Census.  Update and maintain SISRA for data analysis and monitoring.   Communication, Professional Practice, Health & Safety, General Management (where applicable), Financial Management (where applicable), Appraisal, Equality & Diversity, Confidentiality and Induction.  The post-holder may undertake any other duties that are commensurate with the post.  Ability to present oneself as a role model to pupils in speech, dress, behaviour and attitude. The role requires working with a team.
