Join us in our brand new building, working to be school of choice for Northampton, the school that provides the best education for students, a place where people want to be, that is embedded in the community.

In September 2016 NIA opened as an all through 4-19 Free School and doubled its work force in 2017. We are now in position to do the same again to take in an oversubscribed new Year 7 and a new Reception cohort of pupils. By 2022 we will be a 2,220 pupil school.

We are looking to recruit outstanding staff to support the Teaching and Learning of our pupils by providing crucial roles throughout the school from 1st September 2018.

Site Assistant x 2 vacancies

Full time – 52 weeks per year with holiday allowance of 27 days per year. 37 hours per week.

At NIA we are approaching a new era in our history, we have an imminent move to an amazing new building we are looking for suitably qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join the team.

The site team are the foundation of the school, ensuring things are always ready for the school day and remain so until we lock the doors at night, your role will be busy and always varied, ensuring no two days are the same.

We want people with drive and a commitment to quality that will ensure the students receive the best service possible, someone who will go the extra mile to make things happen. And all this with a cheerful disposition and a smile.

Reporting to the Estates Manager the successful candidates will work on a flexible shift pattern with early starts one week and late finishes the next to ensure the building is open as required.
