£24,118 to £26,622 per annum (all year round)
37 hours per week - split (discussed at interview)
To start as soon as possible, we require a Site Manager/Caretaker to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the hard and soft Services in managing the school’s facilities as well as all daily duties and responsibilities connected with the fabric and grounds of the academy. The successful candidate will have building maintenance experience, ideally in a school setting. They will be able to deliver effective management of a school site and its grounds, as well as having practical maintenance experience. They will be physically fit, flexible and organised with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience of managing a team, a sound knowledge of health and safety and hold a full driving licence.
