The Foundation’s central offices are based at Sir John Deane’s Sixth Form College campus set in beautiful grounds.

This Site Manager role is based at The Macclesfield Academy. Our school is at an exciting point in its evolution having joined the Sir John Brunner Foundation; we are now seeking to appoint an experienced, well-motivated and committed Site Manager who will play an important role in shaping the next stage of our school’s journey. 

About the Role

The purpose of the role of Site Manager is to undertake efficient management and maintenance of the school estate and wider site. Responsibilities include the developing and managing the delivery of the asset management plan, management of estate projects, managing health and safety compliance and management of the estates team. It also includes budgetary responsibilities for the resources required to deliver the above.

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will have experience of facilities management, building and maintenance work and a commitment to getting the best outcomes for the school as well as promoting the ethos and values of the school.
