Villiers High School are looking to appoint a professional, self-motivated and organised person to lead and manage on all aspects of maintenance and development of the school site, along with the overall management for health and safety. The successful candidate will contribute by organising and managing the caretaking/cleaning team and undertaking effective supervision, maintaining a programme of works and managing site security.
The successful candidate is expected to have good communication skills and have strong site management experience (preferably in a school setting) and be able to make an immediate start in leading the management of the site. Strong knowledge of health and safety is required to ensure statutory compliance and accurate records are maintained. Candidates must have the ability to undertake DIY tasks. On site accommodation could be provided based on the successful candidate. The successful candidate, will receive full training.
