We are seeking to appoint a reliable and self-motivated professional to lead our premises team in the day to day operational running of three facilities on the Writhlington Campus. The post holder will be responsible for managing the site and cleaning teams; maintaining the sites to ensure an attractive and safe environment for all users and ensuring full premises compliance with current Health and Safety legislation.

Applicants must be willing to work flexibly, be able to use initiative and prioritise tasks effectively. A skilled trades background and experience of running a building management system would be an advantage. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills. Have good ICT, literacy and numeracy skills for accurate record keeping and handling of the sites’ budgets.

The post holder is expected to attend emergencies outside of school hours.
