Salary – C1 point 22 (£21,074) to point 25 (£23,111) 

37 hours per week, all year round

Working as part of the GORSE Academies Trust, Hillcrest is looking to appoint a Site Manager to join our strong and committed team as soon as possible. Hillcrest is a vibrant and dynamic academy that is looking for an enthusiastic, highly effective Superintendent/Site Manager.  

The role is varied with elements of building maintenance, site security, supervision of contractors and cleaning.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is reliable and able to work as part of a supportive team
  • Has a calm and friendly approach
  • Has basic DIY skills
  • Is aware of H&S issues
  • Has the physical ability to carry out manual handling tasks i.e. lifting, climbing and moving items

Hillcrest Academy is a larger-than-average primary school located in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The school provides places for around 400 pupils aged 3-11. Hillcrest Academy is part of the GORSE Academies Trust, which is responsible for the running of around eight schools in the local area, at both primary and secondary level.

Hillcrest takes great pride in its extremely diverse catchment area, with a high proportion of pupils from ethnic minority backgrounds and a similarly high proportion of pupils who speak English as an additional language.
