Baysgarth School is an 11-16 comprehensive with approximately 800 pupils on roll.  The successful candidate will be expected to have pride, passion, positivity and vision and a desire to ensure the school has the highest possible reputation in the local community and beyond. 

We are seeking somebody who is enthusiastic, motivated and able to:

  • oversee and manage all aspects of site maintenance and related H&S;
  • contribute to forward planning of the site;
  • contribute to management of the site budget;
  • manage the site team;
  • use their initiative, be proactive and responsible with a hands on approach; and 
  • has good skill levels for site maintenance.
