Grade: B1 – B3 (£18,933 - £21,748) 

Accountable to: Operations/Site Manager

Purpose of role

• Under the direction/instruction of the Operations/Site Manager and/or appropriate senior staff, provide maintenance, security and facilities management to the school site. 

• To ensure the school site is maintained to a high standard. 

• To effectively work alongside contractors and ensure work is carried out to the work specification and delivered within agreed time parameters. 

• To support and deputise the for the Senior Superintendent as and when required and manage/supervise contractors as and when required on the school site. 

• To work on own initiative, unsupervised as part of the overall Estates Management team.

A mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, 11-16 academy, situated in Seacroft, Leeds in West Yorkshire.  There are 1025 students on the school roll.
