We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team at The Redhill Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day control of the cleanliness, heating, lighting and security of all the school buildings under their control at the Redhill Academy. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for children, staff and other users of school premises.
The Redhill Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities for further information please visit the website.

Redhill was the first secondary school in Nottinghamshire to gain an “outstanding” Ofsted rating for the quality of teaching. This has now been achieved twice in succession. At our most recent inspection (2013), Ofsted judged that “teaching is outstanding” and that “during the inspection … the teaching observed was consistently effective in capturing students’ interest and engagement”. Our students were praised for behaving ”extremely well in lessons and around the academy site” and for being “calm, considerate and courteous at all times”. The inspectors also found that “students are proud of their academy”, which to me is probably the sentence in the report that says most about what we try and do here at Redhill.
