Site Supervisor

Outwood Academy RedcarRedcar and Cleveland

Outwood Academy Redcar has been part of the Outwood Grange Academies Trust since October 2017 and is an exceptional place to build your future. Our hard-working community is welcoming & friendly; students and staff make excellent progress together, here on the beautiful North Yorkshire coast.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to help the Site Manager provide us a safe and progressive environment for learning. As part of the role as Site Supervisor you will support the Site Manager with ensuring that the site is secure, tidy and well maintained and presented, ensure that rooms are set out as per requests, and to adhere to health and safety requirements.

Shift work will be required, more information will be available on request. Key holder duties and on call duties will apply to this role. Please note this position requires driving.

In line with Government guidance, we are currently limiting access to our academy. In some instances, we may use remote processes in place of academy-based interviews and therefore we have set up systems to ensure that alternative options are available via skype/video conferencing wherever possible. Every effort will be made to try and accommodate any specific requirements so that no-one is at a disadvantage. If you would like a conversation about either the academy or the position please contact Gavin Morley, Site Manager, at and we will be happy to assist.

Closing date: Midday on 14 April 2021.
