Haydon is a large, friendly and creative school in North West London. We have been judged as good by OFSTED. We are looking for an Site Technician to thrive in our supportive environment.

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to work with our dynamic, highly motivated staff, enthusiastic students, supportive parents and Governing Body.

You will ensure that the school site is safe, secure and ready for use throughout its opening hours, delivering an excellent environment for teaching and learning for our students and staff.

You will maintain the site, its buildings, grounds, gardens, assets as directed in order to ensure a well maintained and secure environment.

You will need to perform demanding physical activity including, cleaning, maintenance, lifting and manual handling.

You will be required to work 37 hours per week between 7.00am and 11pm Monday to Sunday (shift work Monday to Sunday - two days of the shift will always be on Saturday and Sunday, remaining three days will vary in line with work requirements)

The post holder is required to hold an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Probation periods apply for both teaching and non-teaching staff.

The post holder is expected to adhere to all school policies and procedures.

Haydon School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in Middlesex serving pupils from the age of 11-18. The secondary school, situated in Eastcote, Pinner has approximately 2000 students on record. 

Haydon school was established in 1977 and converted to academy status in 2011 and was identified as outstanding by Ofsted in 2007.
