Due to the retirement of our Sixth Form Admissions Officer, the governors of Bishop Challoner Catholic Federation of Schools are seeking to appoint a well organised Sixth Form Admissions Officer.  The post holder will provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support, and manage the Sixth Form admissions process.


You will be required to:
• Act as the initial point of contact for admission enquiries
• Facilitate the progression of admissions applications
• Maintain the admissions waiting list for school places
• Issue correspondence/offer letters/information packs to parents regarding admissions
• Create and maintain accurate student records and school roll information on our Management Information System


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, highly organised, and has a flexible approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Discretion, and a respect for confidentiality, are also essential.  If you have experience of working in a busy office environment, are highly organised, administratively competent, and able to work on your own initiative we look forward to hearing from you.
