Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a Sixth Form Coordinator to the existing support staff team. The successful candidate will assist the Head of Sixth in monitoring our sixth form students’ progress, as well as providing some administration support to Post 16 teachers and tutors.

This support staff position plays a vital role in enabling our sixth form students to attain the best from our sixth form and beyond, identifying barriers to learning and provide students with a range of strategies to overcome these. They will need the ability to establish and develop one to one mentoring relationships with Post 16 students, and to work independently taking responsibility for delivery of the programme. Effective communication to all stakeholders is vital.

To apply, please send an application letter detailing your skills to enquires@laureateacademy.org.uk

Please note that Future Academies reserves the right to appoint at any stage during the recruitment process.

Laureate Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all members of staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check is required for this post.
