Job overview

We are looking to appoint  a hardworking and dynamic Sixth Form  Administrator  to support the Sixth Form Management team, offering pastoral care to students and contributing to raising attainment through a robust but caring support system.  Excellent administration skills are therefore essential.   

You will also manage the annual work experience process for our students and provide a full administrative service to the Post 16 Lead.  Ideally the successful candidate will have an understanding of school policies and procedures, and be proficient in the use of a range of ICT systems, including SIMS, but full training will be given.   

What we are looking for:   

•High Quality ICT, organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention detail    

•The ability to quickly gain and maintain credibility and rapport with managers and staff across the Academy    

•Good telephone manner and presentation of professional image   

•Good interpersonal skills, with a warm, efficient and hospitable manner to all and excellent listening and communication skills, offering sensitivity in complex situations    

Term Time Only  plus two weeks - 40 hours per week
