Tolworth Girls' School & Sixth Form is a World Class School with high expectations for students and staff. We are recruiting a supportive and approachable Supervisor, to manage our sixth form study area. You will be responsible for small group interventions, student mentoring and well-being.

Our successful candidate will offer care and guidance to students to enable them to work independently in a safe and well equipped space. Managing our bright and modern study area, you will work alongside the sixth form headship team and internal specialists, to signpost students and ensure they have the best possible guidance to prepare them for their next steps in education, employment or further training.

You

Our ideal candidate will be a highly committed and motivated professional, someone who can lead by example, who is methodical and resilient. You will have excellent communication skills, are confident working 1-2-1 or in a group. Ideally you have experience of working with young people in a school or similar environment. You are competent using the Microsoft suite including Outlook.

This post is part-time Monday to Friday 11am – 4.30pm, with a 30 minute rest break each day. 

The full time equivalent salary range is from £20,280 – £22,240 pa. Therefore the actual salary for 25hrs per week is £12,510 – £13,720 pa. This post is initially temporary for 2 terms.
