We are looking for a Social Sciences Lead Practitioner to join the team at Harris Academy St John's Wood.

This is an exciting new opportunity to become a Leader of Teaching and Learning, joining a team of Lead Practioners to develop the academy into a centre of excellence for teaching and learning becoming outstanding in two years. This is a role with the highest of profiles within the academy and a natural stepping stone to becoming a senior leader within a school.

What we are looking for:

You need to be an outstanding teacher who is enthusiastic, vibrant and has a love of learning. You will deliver CPD, coach staff of a full range of experience, develop teaching and learning programmes and work with other academies in the Federation. You will also lead on a key area of the academy.

Training is provided from an Outstanding Teaching school where you will join the LP programme to gain accreditation depending on your experience within two years.
