Dashwood is a successful school with clear Aspirations, values and vision to help pupils become learners for the future. Linking with the Aspiration Academy ethos (dream big and be inspired in the future to reach these dreams), our mission statement is: 'Growing together; succeeding together.'  Staff and pupils are inspired and motivated to have fun learning new things and develop the confidence to thrive.

Our high expectations for all mean that we look smart, ready to learn and show positive behaviours daily.

As a school, we offer places for ages 2-11 years old ensuring each child is individually taught at the right level to move their learning on.  We have excellent links with other Nursery settings and secondary schools to ensure smooth transitions are in place.  Pupils say they love coming to school and parents say their children are safe, happy and make excellent progress.
