We are seeking a well-qualified and talented Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator at this exciting time of expansion and development.
We would like to hear from considerate and compassionate individuals to join our highly effective team of staff. You will have drive and enthusiasm, and the passion to ensure that all pupils receive the support and encouragement they need to be successful. You will also have good communication skills and be able to build strong relationships across the School.
While the role would suit a current SENCO, we are keen to attract applicants whose experience may not, as yet, cover all aspects of the role. We will provide the training and 1:1 mentoring to support the development of skills if needed.
Salary based on Roedean’s own salary scale.

About Roedean School
Roedean is a mainstream, single-sex, independent school for girls aged 11-18. The School is situated to the east of Brighton, in a beautiful location on the South Downs overlooking the English Channel. There are 700 students on its roll. It is a selective school with termly fees, but scholarships and bursaries are available for girls going into Years 7, 9, and 12.
