
Special Educational Needs Coordinator - TLR2a £5,097

We are passionate about meeting the needs of all of our students and are now in a position to expand our SEN provision. Ideally, we would like someone who can offer screening for dyslexia, speed of handwriting and other JCQ adjustments.
We want to raise the educational achievement for our students with a special educational need and are ambitious for their outcomes.
As a SENCO, (preferably with or prepared to immediately undertake The National Award for Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator), you will be an experienced teacher with a passion for supporting students with special educational needs. Working closely with the Headteacher and other senior colleagues, you will use your leadership skills to manage provision in school and to provide support to other teachers.
Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering interventions with students in the classroom and implementing the school strategy. You will also teach and oversee a team of Teaching Assistants and Higher Level Teaching Assistants.
