Special Educational Needs Officer  (SENO) Key Stage 4

Working in a busy KS4 Learning Support Department at our Upper School site, you will help provide first line support, advice, encouragement and challenge to promote self-esteem, academic success and help remove barriers to learning and personal thriving. You will be a ‘first point of contact’ for Special Educational Needs & Disability (SEND) students and parents. You will be responsible for timetabling and overseeing the deployment of TAs reflecting the changing needs of SEND students. 

Grade 8 £12.60 – £13.64 per hour. 

35 hours per week (8am daily start time)

term time plus 2 weeks holiday working 

to be worked during the summer holidays, week 5 & 6.

About Lord Williams's School

Lord Williams’s School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, 11-18 academy with sixth form, situated in Thame in Oxfordshire. The school, which has over 2,000 students on its roll, is managed by the Thame Partnership Academy Trust and the school governors.

The school was founded in 1559 by Lord Williams of Thame. In 1971, Lord Williams's Grammar School was combined with the Wenman School on Towersey Road to form a comprehensive co-educational school. Today it is a split-site school, with Years 7-9 on a Lower School site and Years 10-13 on an Upper School site.
