We are currently seeking to recruit excellent Special Educations Needs (SEN) Support Workers to join our casual pool. This is a great opportunity to work and support students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioural difficulties) within a Further Education setting. You will be expected to differentiate and facilitate learning according to the student need. You may be working 1:1 and as a floating support with students. You will be expected to liaise with subject tutors and personal tutors regarding the needs of individual students.

About you:
With a good basic level of literacy/communication skills - least level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualification (Maths and English GCSE grade A-C), a qualification in SEN/ Teaching Assistant course and working with children/ young adults is desirable, or a willingness to work towards this qualification. You must have significant experience of working with learners with learning difficulties and/ or disabilities in a post 16 educational setting as well as emotional and behavioural issues and proven success with your students in a post 16 setting
