Special Needs Co-ordinator with Senior Leadership responsibilities

Chase Lane Primary School and Nursery Unit is a thriving school in the North East of London with approximately 700 children on roll. We are seeking to employ an outstanding teacher who inspires learning and outcomes for our diverse community. • Support, hold accountable, develop and lead a team of staff, focusing on Special Needs to ensure high standards of teaching and learning and the well-being of staff and pupils.
• Make a significant contribution to developing the vision of the school and the safeguarding of pupils.
• Support the vision, ethos and policies of the school and promote good outcomes for learning and well-being.
• Be an excellent team player and inspirational leader.
• To take lead responsibility for Special Educational Needs
