Do you have experience of working with young adults (16 – 25 years) with learning difficulties/disabilities and complex needs in an education setting?

The Aurora Centre at Merton College is a purpose designed, high specification, state of the art centre which provides education and training opportunities for students with autism and complex needs.

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and reliable people, with experience of supporting young adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and complex needs. The Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and will be able to work as part of a team.
